Well, we have some good news to report. After a very long struggle to get the Town Hall gym opened up, we finally got approval from the Select Board on Wednesday. A group of us have laid out the court and put new lighting up in the gym. There are still a couple of things to iron out but it looks like we will be able to play soon. I will keep you posted on schedules and times soon.

I want to thank everyone who came out to clean up the third floor of Town Hall. Jay Barret the architect came by after a lot of you left and was very encouraging about the possibility of opening up the room. Paul Fix also stop by and spoke with Jay, so hopefully Paul will write an article in the Gazette. The community will have a chance to see all our efforts to clean the space up on the 4th.

It's exciting to see the room and imagine how we might get to use it in future. Pickleball might be the first activity. Opening the gymnasium to the community on July 4th will reveal this hidden gem! We need volunteers during the open house 11-1pm to monitor the number of people (to 10) looking inside. If you can volunteer for 15-30 minutes during the 2 hours-please let me know what time might work for you. Thanks
